THRASHER 1 vs 1
 
PURPOSE
  • regrouping, offensive attack skills.
 
DESCRIPTION
  • F1 and F2 begin on the whistle
  • pass to the D retreating
  • D passes to the first player in the line and receives a return pass
  • D passes to the forward who has skated around the pylon
  • D hustles up to defend one vs one against the forward on the opposite side.
